Workers between the ages of 35 and 54 are the ones who take advantage of these services the most, representing 49% of employees in this age range.

Most Demanded and Used Services

The periodic medical examination is the most received service, with 39% participation, and is used by 85% of employees.

The second most popular service is funded health insurance, with 15% receipt and 61% utilization.

In addition, 7% of workers have access to health and well-being training and workshops, of which 55% take advantage of these resources.

Impact on Talent Retention

According to the report, 64% of those surveyed positively value that their companies offer health and well-being services, being a determining factor for 44% when considering changing jobs.

Offering this type of services has become an effective strategy for retaining talent, since 79% of employees who receive them consider them essential.

Beneficiary Profile

Families with children (42%) and people between 55 and 64 years old (27%) are the groups that most value the offer of health and well-being services when considering changing jobs.

Mothers with young children are the ones who use these services the most, especially remote communication with health professionals, which saves time and guarantees quality care.

Comprehensive Wellbeing: Physical, Emotional and Nutritional Health

The concept of ‘wellbeing’ focuses on the emotional, nutritional and physical health of employees, and although its availability is limited, workers show a high interest in these services and make the most of them.

Although only 6% of respondents receive physical therapy services, 59% use them and 57% express interest in receiving them, highlighting their ability to reduce work fatigue and improve performance.

Regarding psychology services, only 6% receive them, but 13% use them and 35% show interest in accessing them, with employees without children being the most interested.

Finally, 3% of respondents receive nutrition services, with 31% utilization and 12% interest, highlighting the high interest of families with children in these programs.
