– 1/3 cup (75 g) unsalted butter

Steps

1. Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter to the cold milk.
3. Pour the milk into the remaining butter and cook over low heat.
4. Mix the cream until it thickens.
5. Store the cream in the refrigerator and use it within 1 week.

Way 2: Homemade Whipped Cream

Whipped cream is perfect for decorating cakes, desserts and drinks. Here are the steps to prepare it:

Ingredients

– 1/4 cup (60 ml) cold water
– 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
– 1 cup (250 ml) whole milk
– 1/4 cup (30 g) powdered sugar
– 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

1. Combine the water with the unflavored gelatin and wait 5 minutes.

4. Repeat the process until you have 2.5 cm (1 inch) of cream.
