What is pain and why is it important to treat it?

The three most common groups of pain relievers

2. Anti-inflammatory painkillers
These drugs not only relieve pain, but also reduce inflammation. Ibuprofen is popular, but we should use it with caution due to its stomach effects.
Aspirin, although less used, is still useful for specific pain. Celecoxib is a newer and safer option.
3. Opioid pain relievers
These medications act on the opioid receptors of the nervous system and cause addiction. Morphine is powerful but risky, while tramadol is less addictive and safe.
